Sessions are time-based, not results-based.
Diagnostic time is billable even if repairs cannot be completed.
Job size may increase once work begins; Jon will confirm next steps before continuing.
Please ensure work areas are clear and materials are on-site.
Materials, dump fees, and specialty tools are billed separately
Each session reserves Jon in the schedule, but you only pay for the actual time worked.
A $100 deposit applies to your first hour.
